Getting started with Internext

Welcome to Internext. Once your order is placed, your hosting account is set up automatically and you'll be ready to build in minutes. This guide covers the first few things every new customer does — where to find your login details, how your account is provisioned, how to reach cPanel, and the essential first steps to get your domain, email and website live.

Step 1 — Find your welcome email

Right after signup, we send a welcome email to the address you registered with. This is the most important message you'll receive from us — keep it safe. It contains everything you need to get started:

• Your cPanel URL and direct login link.
• Your cPanel username and password.
• Your account's nameservers (for pointing your domain).
• Your server IP address (an alternative way to point a domain via an A record).

If it isn't in your inbox within a few minutes, check your spam or promotions folder. Still nothing? Message us on WhatsApp and we'll resend it.

Step 2 — How your account is provisioned

Internext provisions most hosting accounts automatically within a few minutes of a successful payment. There's usually nothing for you to do but wait for the welcome email. Your account arrives ready to use, with cPanel, email, free SSL and one-click app installers all set up on our fast UAE-facing servers.

Step 3 — Log in to cPanel

cPanel is your hosting control panel — the single dashboard where you manage your website, email, files, databases and more. Step 4 — Point your domain to your hosting

So visitors reach your Internext account when they type your domain, you need to point the domain at your hosting. The recommended way is to update your domain's nameservers at your registrar to the Internext nameservers in your welcome email. Full instructions are in pointing your domain to your hosting.

Step 5 — Set up email and your website

With your domain pointed, you can finish the essentials:

1. Create your business email — set up [email protected] mailboxes. See how to set up business email.
2. Install your site — use the one-click WordPress installer, or upload your files with File Manager.
3. Turn on free SSL — add the padlock and HTTPS with a free SSL certificate.

How long until my account is ready?

Most accounts are provisioned automatically within a few minutes of payment. As soon as your welcome email lands you can log in to cPanel and start building.

What if I didn't get my welcome email?

Check your spam and promotions folders first. If it's still missing, message us on WhatsApp at +971 55 713 3786 or email [email protected] and we'll resend your login details.

Do I need any technical experience?

No. cPanel is designed to be point-and-click, our one-click installers do the heavy lifting, and our team is a WhatsApp message away if you get stuck.
