How to set up business email

A business email address at your own domain (like [email protected]) looks far more professional than a free Gmail or Hotmail address, and it's already included with every Internext hosting plan. This guide walks you through creating your first mailbox and connecting it to your devices.

Step 1 — Log in to cPanel

Open your cPanel dashboard by visiting yourdomain.com/cpanel, or use the direct link and login details in your Internext welcome email. If you're not sure of your login, our team can resend it on WhatsApp.

Step 2 — Open Email Accounts

In cPanel, scroll to the Email section and click Email Accounts. This is where every mailbox on your domain is created and managed. Click the + Create button to add a new one.

Step 3 — Create your mailbox

1. Enter the address you want — for example info, sales or your name — before the @yourdomain.com.
2. Set a strong password (use the generator for a secure one).
3. Choose a storage quota, or leave it as unlimited if your plan allows.
4. Click Create. Your mailbox is live immediately.

Step 4 — Open Webmail and send a test

Back on the Email Accounts page, click Check Email next to your new account to open Webmail in your browser (or visit yourdomain.com/webmail). Send a quick test message to another address to confirm everything works.

Step 5 — Connect Outlook, Apple Mail or your phone

How many mailboxes can I create?

It depends on your plan — Starter includes 10 email accounts, while Business and Pro include unlimited mailboxes. You can add, delete and resize them any time in cPanel.

Do I need extra software?

No. Email is included with your hosting. Use the built-in Webmail from any browser, or connect Outlook, Apple Mail, Gmail or your phone with the IMAP settings in cPanel.
