Logging in to cPanel

cPanel is your hosting control panel. Reach it at yourdomain.com/cpanel, sign in with the details from your welcome email, and manage your whole account from one dashboard.

cPanel is the control panel for your Internext hosting — the single place you manage email, files, databases, domains and SSL. Logging in takes seconds once you know where to go and what your credentials are. This guide covers all the ways to reach cPanel, where to find your username and password, how to reset it safely, and how to lock the account down with two-factor authentication.

Step 1 — Open the cPanel login page

There are three reliable ways to reach your cPanel login screen:

  • Via your domain: visit yourdomain.com/cpanel (or yourdomain.com:2083) in any browser. This works once your domain is pointed to your hosting.
  • Direct server link: use the direct cPanel URL in your Internext welcome email. This works even before your domain has been pointed.
  • Client area: log in to your account at clients.internextllc.com and open cPanel from your service page.

Step 2 — Enter your username and password

Your cPanel username and password are both listed in the welcome email we sent when your account was created. Note that the username is a short account name — it is not your email address. Type them in and click Log in to reach the cPanel home screen.

Tip: Can't find your welcome email? Check spam and promotions, or message us on WhatsApp at +971 55 713 3786 and we'll resend your login details.

Step 3 — Reset your cPanel password safely

It's good practice to change the password from the one we emailed to one only you know. Inside cPanel:

  1. Open Password & Security under the Preferences section.
  2. Enter a strong new password twice (use the generator for a secure one).
  3. Click Change your password now.

If you're locked out completely, contact Internext support and we'll issue a temporary password for you to change on first login.

Step 4 — Turn on two-factor authentication (2FA)

For an extra layer of security, enable two-factor authentication from the Security section of cPanel. You scan a QR code with an authenticator app such as Google Authenticator or Authy, and from then on you'll enter a rotating 6-digit code alongside your password. This protects your account even if your password is ever exposed.

Security: Never share your cPanel password over email or chat, and always look for the padlock and https:// in the address bar before you log in. Internext staff will never ask you for your password.

Frequently asked

What are my cPanel login details?

Your username and password are in the welcome email sent when your account was created. The username is a short account name, not your email address.

How do I reset my cPanel password?

Log in, open Password & Security, enter a strong new password twice and save. If you're locked out, message support and we'll issue a temporary password.

The cPanel page won't load — why?

If yourdomain.com/cpanel doesn't resolve, your domain probably isn't pointed yet. Use the direct server link in your welcome email or your client area instead. See pointing your domain.
