Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the web hosting, reseller hosting, domain and related services ("Services") provided by Internext Information Technology ("Internext", "we", "us" or "our"). Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of terms

By signing up for, accessing or using any of our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you are using the Services on behalf of a business, you represent that you are authorised to bind that business. If you do not agree, you must not use the Services.

2. Description of services

Internext provides cPanel web hosting, white-label WHM reseller hosting, domain registration and transfer, and related support and migration services. Specific features, resources and limits depend on the plan you select. We may add, modify or discontinue features over time.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate, current information and keep it up to date. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.

4. Acceptable use policy

You agree not to use the Services to host, transmit or facilitate any of the following, and you are responsible for the conduct of your own clients on reseller accounts:

• Illegal content or activity, or content that infringes the intellectual-property rights of others;
• Spam, bulk unsolicited email, or activities that harm our mail reputation or IP space;
• Malware, phishing, fraud, or attempts to gain unauthorised access to any system;
• Abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable material;
• Excessive or abusive use of shared server resources (CPU, memory, I/O, processes) that degrades service for other customers;
• Any activity that violates UAE law or the laws of any jurisdiction that applies to you.

5. Payment & billing

Services are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, in UAE Dirhams (AED) unless otherwise agreed. Fees are due on the invoice date, and renewals occur automatically at the then-current rate unless you cancel before the renewal date. Domain registrations and renewals are generally non-refundable once processed. Late or failed payments may result in suspension or termination of the affected Services.

6. Uptime & service levels

We target 99.9% network and server uptime, monitored on redundant infrastructure. Scheduled maintenance, force-majeure events and circumstances outside our reasonable control are excluded from uptime calculations. Any service-level credits, where offered, are described in your plan or service agreement and are your sole remedy for downtime.

7. Backups

We perform automated off-server backups as part of our standard service to help with recovery. These backups are provided as a courtesy and convenience, not as a guarantee. You remain responsible for keeping your own independent backups of your data, and we are not liable for any loss of data.

8. Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate your Services, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms, fail to pay, engage in activity that endangers our infrastructure or other customers, or where required by law. You may cancel your Services at any time, subject to our billing terms. Upon termination, your data may be deleted after a reasonable period.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Internext shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of the Services. Our total aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for the affected Service in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. The Services are provided "as is" and "as available".

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Emirate of Dubai for the resolution of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Services.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above, and your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
