Branding your reseller hosting

Make cPanel and WHM look like your own platform — your logo, your company name, private nameservers and a branded login URL — so your clients see your brand and never Internext.

The whole point of reseller hosting is that your clients see your brand, not ours. Internext provides the servers, uptime and support behind the scenes; you present a polished, professional hosting service under your own name. White-labelling is a handful of settings that together make cPanel, WHM and your DNS all speak your brand. Here's how to set each one.

1 — Brand cPanel with your logo and company name

Log in to WHM and open cPanel Customization (sometimes shown as Edit Branding or Customization). Here you can:

  • Upload your company logo so it appears at the top of every client's cPanel.
  • Set your company name and support links.
  • Adjust colours and the documentation/help URLs clients see.

Once saved, every client who logs in to cPanel sees your branding instead of a generic panel.

2 — Use private nameservers

Nameservers are one of the most visible technical details a client encounters. Using private nameservers like ns1.yourbrand.com and ns2.yourbrand.com means clients point their domains at your brand, not Internext. This is the single biggest white-label win — follow our step-by-step in setting up private nameservers.

Why it matters: without private nameservers, clients would be told to use Internext's nameservers — instantly revealing who's really behind your hosting. Branded nameservers keep the illusion seamless.

3 — Give clients a branded control-panel URL

By default cPanel is reached at an Internext-style hostname. Create a subdomain on your brand domain — for example cpanel.yourbrand.com — pointing to the server, so clients log in at your address. You can do the same for webmail (webmail.yourbrand.com). Ask our team for the correct target and we'll help you set the DNS record.

4 — Keep client-facing naming consistent

Branding isn't only the panel. Make sure your welcome emails, invoices, package names and support replies all use your company name. Name your WHM packages after the plans you sell (for example "Business Hosting") rather than leaving generic labels. Consistency is what makes clients trust it's genuinely your platform.

5 — Test everything as a client would

Create a test cPanel account and log in as your client would. Check that the logo, the login URL and the nameservers all show your brand and that nothing references Internext. Fix anything that slips through before you onboard real customers.

Frequently asked

Is white-labelling included with reseller plans?

Yes. WHM cPanel customization and private nameservers are standard on Internext reseller hosting. There's no extra fee to brand cPanel or set up ns1.yourbrand.com.

Can Internext help me set it up?

Absolutely. Send us your logo and brand domain and our Dubai-based team can help configure the branding, nameservers and panel URLs so you're client-ready fast.
