Putting a number on the traffic you didn't pay for
Rankings are holding steady and the watchlist stays honest — every tracked term is a real Search Console query with a measured position. This cycle we added the piece that was missing: what your organic visibility would have cost you on Google Ads. The figure is modest today because the site is young — but it is real, it is free, and it compounds as rankings climb.

AED 0What you paid Google
Estimate. 10 organic clicks × AED 10 = AED 100 of ad spend avoided in the last 180 days. The AED 10 benchmark is grounded in this account's own Google Ads data (average CPC AED 9.80; converting web-design clicks AED 9.50–9.91), at the low end of the UAE web-hosting / IT range. Real Google Ads costs vary by keyword, competition and quality score — every click here came from ranking, not paid ads.
What changed this cycle
Added the "saving vs Google Ads" panel — on this report and on the live dashboard, directly under the headline figures. It values your organic clicks at a single, tunable benchmark so the number can never drift between the report and the dashboard.
Benchmarked the click price against real spend — rather than a generic industry guess, the AED 10 estimate is anchored to what this account actually pays Google for the same market (AED 9.80 average CPC).
Sharpened both ranking tables — they still open sorted by position (best first), now with a gold ▲/▼ on the active column and a faint ↕ hint on every other sortable column, so it's obvious what can be re-sorted.
Watchlist stayed honest — all 8 tracked terms remain real Search Console queries with measured positions, refreshed automatically by the daily sync. No aspirational keywords, no guessed numbers.
AI visibility (GEO) re-checked — ChatGPT, Perplexity and Gemini were each asked our four target questions in neutral sessions on 14 Jul. Internext is not yet named by any of them; expected for a newly launched site, and tracked openly rather than hidden.
Where we rank today

The brand term internext still carries the visibility (450 impressions, 1 click) and holds the top of page one. Honest read: today's organic traffic is brand-led — people already looking for Internext. The next milestone is earning positions for the service terms (hosting, reseller, web design), which is where organic starts replacing real ad spend at volume.
Earn rankings for the service terms — hosting, reseller, domains, web design — so organic traffic stops being brand-only and starts displacing paid clicks at scale.
Grow the saving figure the only honest way: more ranking terms → more organic clicks → more ad spend avoided.
Re-check AI citations (GEO) roughly monthly; the answer engines currently favour older, established local names.
Keep the watchlist self-cleaning: as real service-term rankings appear in Search Console, they join the tracked list.
